How to qualify: 1) Use A Simpler Wedding Registry for your wedding registry. 2) Have at least 30 gifts from your registry on A Simpler Wedding Registry purchased*. 3) Choose a free $50 gift card from one of these restaurants: Olive Garden, Starbucks, Red Lobster, Cracker Barrel, Red Robin, Appelbee's, Chili's, Outback, or Pizza Hut. 4) A Simpler Wedding Registry will mail your gift card within 30 days after your wedding date. Terms and Conditions: A) By creating a wedding registry account on A Simpler Wedding Registry you agree to abide by and be governed by all of the terms outlined on this page. B) *Only gifts that cost $10 of more (before tax and shipping) count toward your 30 gifts. C) All information provided by the bride and groom and their guests must be accurate. Any attemp to provide invalid or falsified information may, at our sole discretion, void a couple's elibility for this promotion. D) A Simpler Wedding Registry reserves the right to terminate this promotion at any time with any prior warning. If the promotion is terminated no gifts cards will be issued after the date of termination even if a couple had previously qualified. E) Each couple is only eligible for one gift card. F) Gift cards are not redeemable for cash. G) A Simpler Wedding Registry has the ability to verify gift purchases with many retailers. In the event that A Simpler Wedding Registry cannot verify at least 30 gift purchases we reserve the right to request proof of purchase of items before we will send a gift card. H) Users may register for their own account only. You may not, under any circumstances, register on behalf of anyone other than yourself. I) To participate a user must reside and participate from within the United States or Canada. No gift cards will be mailed to any location other than these two countries. Please contact us if you have questions about this before creating your registry. J) Individuals are permitted to create one account for each wedding. Creating multiple accounts for the same wedding is a violation of these Terms and will result in the loss of eligibility for this program. K) Users may not have multiple accounts with multiple mailing addresses or IP Addresses. L) If you are disqualified from eligibility for this promotion for any reason neither you nor your fiance may not open another account and be eligible. M) If, at our sole discretion, you, your fiance, or your guests are found to be attempting to defraud the site or its partners your account will be terminated. In addition, we reserve the rights to pursue criminal prosecution to the fullest extent allowed by law. N) We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors, coding, or site function errors or inaccuracies. In the event of such modifications, changes may be made without notice or disclosure. O) All communications regarding an account status, questions, comments must be from the account holder through the contact information listed on the site. P) A Simpler Wedding Registry will do its best to monitor your account to see if you qualify for a free gift card and mail such gift card within 30 days after your wedding date. However, the ultimate responsibility falls on the couple to request this card from A Simpler Wedding Registry. In the event that a gift card is not received within 30 days of your wedding date, you agree not to hold A Simpler Wedding Registry liable in any way, even if the error was a result of our actions. Once your account has qualfied for a free gift card you may contact A Simpler Wedding Registry to request the restaurant of your choice from the list above. Q) You assume complete responsibility and risk for your use of this service, this site, and the Internet. A Simpler Wedding Registry does not make any express or implied warranties, representations or endorsements whatsoever with regard to this service, any information or service provided through this Website or on the Internet generally, and A Simpler Wedding Registry shall not be liable for any cost or damage arising either directly or indirectly from any such transaction.
